"Continue review of the experience from spring lake to here . I had a bad experience at their spring lake park location . I decide to give them another chance here . The customer service was ok from the sale person . We are Hispanic and I felt like he was looking down on us . First question he asked was are you paying cash, didn't like that . Then he showed us the car it ran ok he said that this mazdas never come full package (which they do because I bought one that same day at morries mazda) Then he did the purchase agreement did not wnat to print out the agreement and was been sneaky talking to his manager , trying to get me to leave with this car that had 60k miles damage all over the body , scratches . And dirty I the inside .I understand it's a used car but dang was it used for almost 28k . With low warranty . Fun fact they didn't even explain to me what the warranty covered. They wouldn't let me and my family leave because they wanted to get me to buy that car , I felt it forced. I was very upset I told then I ahve to go we were there at 10am and left at 1pm . We were starving. After we left the area we went to morries mazda to check them out . For 10k more I was able to get life time warranty and 15 years warranty on electrical. And even more stuff for example I was the first owner of that car at 0 miles!! Enterprise needs to work on three things 1. Customer service 2. Honesty 3. Price I will never recommend to buy a or through them or even rent a car . It's hard to see that working with them on rentals sometimes is hard as well."
