"Went inside and got our food almost instantly. If you go through the drive through at this location it can take quite a while. But going in was much faster and plenty of seating."

"I’ve been to this location twice now and have been disappointed both times. First time I came I waited around 45 minutes (it was slammed for sure, but this is fast food!) and when I received my order it tasted completely burnt. I was so bummed! I didn’t want to wait so I didn’t bring it back. In addition, the service had been poor in general, the place was dirty, and the staff don’t even look you in the eye, smile or even ask for your order. They just stare at you when you get to counter. Please some manager/parent teach Gen Z how to talk to humans. We were back again today - service was the same, place was a mess and it was slammed again and they had only one person on the register. Because they don’t repeat your order back to you, they got the order wrong. Not a big deal, but it’s a mistake that’s easily avoided. Thankfully the food was back to its usual awesomeness - was very grateful! I love Raising Canes. We live in the BLA so don’t have a location near us, so it’s always a special treat, I just don’t recommend going to the one in Maple Grove!"

"We order 2 Box Combo: The food was delicious, accompanied by bread, salad, and a drink. It's a great place to eat. However, I do have one recommendation: some tables weren't as clean as they should be. I suggest asking your crew to clean them more frequently. Overall, it was a good experience."
