"This was our first time at a Chuck & Don’s. An employee greeted us and ask if there was anything we were looking for as we were looking at the dog toys. We explained we recently adopted a Beagle puppy and he was knowledgeable about the breed’s tendencies and gave us some good recommendations. The store was very clean, well organized, and pleasingly set up. I hadn’t known about the self-wash grooming stations before, but I think we will consider them in the future. It was a very pleasant experience and we’ll be back."

"Love the dog wash station, and the staff is always helpful and friendly. Definitely recommend their self-service dog washing station. It’s so easy to use and the prices are very reasonable. (Amounts to about $5/bath if you get the packages). So easy to bring your dog in, wash them, and leave. Saves a huge mess in your house, and if your dog has fur and no need for the groomer, also saves money."
