"Come here to do my FedEx returns. Never had an issue and today was told I can’t do it with just barcode. I’ve done it multiple times with barcode only. Talked to Mariah manager she didn’t even attempt to try it."
"Appreciate the pharmacy. Especially after dealing with Vinewood Walgreens. Much easier!"
"Wish there is a zero. Please shut this location to save Walgreens profit or to save some ROI. Stay away from this location if you wanted a decent customer service. We were there at 5:30 pm today to take passport photos. Staff at the photo section took the photo but got our number to call back once the photos are printed as the only system was used by another customer. We went out. Didn’t get a call until 7 pm. Came back to find the photo was not good. Didn’t want to look like sleeping in a passport and getting delayed with passport application etc., Staff did say it passed the upload test. We were not convinced and asked for re-take. She asked us to come next day as they were short staffed. You can do much better instead of wasting people’s time. First of all, staff could have verified with the customer before printing, second, could have called us once the photos were ready which she did not (could understand being short staffed but there is a better way of handling such things). Technically we wasted 90 mins by dealing with this awful location at Vicksburg. Photos taken now within 15 mins at Walgreens @ Shenandoah Ln, Plymouth, my sincere advice to you to go here if you need a good passport photo taken. Thanks for reading."
"Got there at 5:50, they were supposed to close at 6pm. They ignored me, got the sign up. I tried to talk with them, no answer nothing. They don’t care about the customer. I needed medications for my sick son and did not get it…..terrible!!!"
"This pharmacy is a flagship example of how NOT to run a pharmacy. Been coming here off and on for 20 years since it is so close to where I live. Let me tell you some truths about this place. It is entirely way too small for how many customers they serve. Extremely understaffed but you cannot fit anymore staff inside it. Wait times in person and on the phone will average 30mins to an hour. There will be times when you will get put on hold for an entire hour and when it is your turn, you will hear the pharmacy tech pick up the receiver then hang up without saying anything. This happens more often when they are crazy busy and I truly believe they are doing it on purpose to help decrease their workload. My phone did not disconnect, you hung up on me. If you want to blame the phone system, then it is still your fault and you should get a new phone system! I have noticed this happening more often within the last year. There will also be times when they simply will not have your medication in stock. Sometimes they will be on back order for as long as a week. Imagine not being able to take your daily medications for a week? Imagine it being medication that keeps you alive!? Whoever manages the stock should be fired. In fact, I believe their whole staff needs to be replaced. There is not one pharmacy tech that is innocent their, they have all made mistakes that has caused me problems or have been unprofessional towards me, in the past 20 years that I have been going there. Some ideas for the greedy owners: Expand your pharmacies square footage. Now that you have more space, you can hire more workers and replace the existing bad apples. You have way too many customers for your size and it makes all of your customers suffer. Lastly, replace your broken phone system, it is 2021 but it feels like 1999 when I call. Running out of prescriptions that you have orders for, then not telling the customers before they need it, is unacceptable and should never happen! Hour long wait and hold times for in person and on the phone, should never happen!"
