"Stopped by at 5:30 PMlooking for any type of grill hot dog or sausage , and nothing was cooking except for one burnt item. In the past, they usually had plenty of hot grilled items fresh to sell during dinner time. Such an inconvenience, for a convenience store. This has been happening quite frequently lately."

"Double charged me and told me they couldn't help me or refund even though they had the transaction pulled up on their POS. Gave me a number to call that did not help whatsoever. Had to dispute charge with my bank which resulted in my card having to be closed. I'm now unable to be paid onto said card and have 5 bills going late as a result of this stores incompetence. I will never step foot on the property of a kum n scam again in my life. Employee was an older grey haired man who was looking very rushed and probably pressed something on his end that resulted in me getting double charged. I cannot put into words how displeased I am. My credit will likely be ruined because of this situation I don't know how I will eat and I may even lose my apartment because I have to wait 2 weeks go get paid. NEVER COME HERE."
