"Normally I order here habitually with my partner but they took the items we usually eat off the menu and replaced it with beef items. We were down to try them even though they were plenty more expensive. When we got our food, it was cold and poorly represented. Upon tasting it, it was absolutely disgusting (I hate saying this about food) but it really truly made us really sick and we personally won’t be coming back to Taco Bell because of this. Taco Bell is about to lose a bunch of customers because they messed up their entire menu by taking away the most popular items and replacing it with something more expensive that doesn’t even live up to the name."

"This taco bell on Wedington has got to either hire more employees, better training or something! The amount of time it takes to get your food is INSANE. 20-30 is not acceptable & this includes picking up food inside for yourself or uber eats etc. This has been going on for over 2yrs. Being ignored at the counter is also unacceptable. Let the costumer know at least that it will be a minute. Taco bell in Bentonville (hwy 102) I waited up 40min one time. I try an be patient which is why I wait so long but no more. Please address this problem! Mostly friendly staff though soooo that's good. FAST FOOD for a quick bite late at night is ideal."

In this case, Nicole, who's working the window on 12/2/23, had the friendliest customer service I've experienced at a Taco Bell. Excellent customer service like hers brings customers back, and her pay should reflect that."

"Ordered online. Order was missing 2 burritos a drink and cinnamon twists. Called for a refund and the manager on duty on 10/27/23 at 18:00 told us that we could not get a refund or get the items we were missing. For things we paid for? Have had a similar experience here with missing items and did not try to correct. This is the worst Taco Bell in NWA and Fayetteville. In the end it’s not the food missing that is upsetting. It’s the customer service that is lack luster and bad management."
