"Kinda getting tired of coming to this station due to the last several times I’ve been here I’ve went in to use the restroom and they’ve had signs up saying the restrooms are closed which is fine if there was something wrong with them but when I was in there tonight I clearly heard an employee say they were going to the bathroom and saw an employee enter the bathroom even though the signs were up saying they were closed!!!! If there isn’t anything wrong with the bathrooms then they should be open to everyone considering y’all are considered a convenient store and having a restroom for customer is supposed to be part of the convenience of y’all being open!!!!!"

"I was in this Casey’s today 4/15/22. I bought a scratch off ticket and the cashier refused to giving me my money from my winning ticket. She claimed she didn’t have $100 in her drawer but I know she was lying. The gas station is extremely busy and this was close to 11 in the morning. She told me I can ask someone else in the store to buy my ticket or take it somewhere else. I live in Harrison so when I got back to my home town I went in to try to cash my ticket but they couldn’t because it was showing it was already cashed. If you can’t pay tickets you shouldn’t sell them and you shouldn’t steal peoples winnings!!!"
