"I went to get gas this morning and tried 4 pumps before going into the store to find one of the gas station employees on a call while the other employee ignored that I was waiting at register. I then spoke up and told them I tried 4 pumps and wasted 15 mins and that there were no signs posted that their pumps weren’t working. Employees didn’t even apologize for no signs and did not care that I wasted time because of their ignorance to post signs. Many other customers were outside driving around pumps with no one telling them pumps weren’t working. The employees at this gas station were very unprofessional. I will not be going here again and will be using the BP by it from now on. People have jobs they are going to in the morning and most of the time don’t have time to waste on 4 different pumps when whole gas station isn’t working.."

"It has said 24hrs for months when it hasn't been 24hrs for at least 6 months for sure idk why the people that own it have time to make comments but can't post the correct hours especially when u walk there in the freezing cold or u are staying at one of the hotels right there and need a last minute item u forget or u are hungry then....syke got ur hopes up for nothing bcuz its too complicated to post the correct hrs...thanks for the inconvience"

"Kid was chewing and spitting while working. Both the kid and the blonde guy were rude when asking a question, and the ice machine on the soda machine has been broke for at least a month. Horribly ran location.."

"There is this tall blonde kid who is always on his phone and always has earbuds in his ear, which is very unprofessional. I come in in the mornings and without fail he's on his phone. It makes him appear disinterested and unapproachable. If I were a manager, I'd require a no-phones and no-earbud policy, at least when visible to customers."

"went in and had an awful interaction with the most anti-social, least friendly, standup-ish employee named tyler. someone teach the employees customer service and how to be personable. either fire the guy or put him in the back where others don't have to deal with his unfriendliness. if you're gonna work in customer service, at least don't be a recluse. find a new job where you don't have to talk to people"
