"Quick stop for fuel and the cashiers were very polite and quick with getting customers in/out as quickly as possible. Well trained staff from what I seen from them and interacting with both of them. Great job management and to the staff, for a great job in customer relations! 5 stars in my opinion!"

"This is the last time I will use this Holiday gas station. I've been a long time paying customer and after today I have no more words. During the day there is no prepay and it is what I prefer. The last time I had to prepay and lost my Cub rewards after punching my number in. The attendant at that time decided to make me come in. On top of it all I used my card to pay and the excess money I put down took a week to return to the card. I called to find out what happened and got rudeness. Today was the topper. I went to.put gas in my vehicle. Pump said to go inside and prepay. I went in to prepay and asked attendant if it was now 24/7 prepay. I got yelled at and I'm telling its not prepay as the other rude attendant said he did that because he couldn't see my vehicle license plates because two other cars were in the way. We have drive offs. There was no vehicles in the view at the time and to my knowledge im a paying customer.I was told to go out and put gas in my car.. I came back in to be called entitled and told to shut up when I paid. I asked for the manager and was told your dealing with me. Bottom line is I'm a paying customer and should've never have been treated with the disrespect that I was. And just to further add to the story no not all gas stations are prepay.........just Holiday and gas stations in bad areas. Maple Grove is not a bad area.. Im sure the gas station down the road will respect me as a loyal customer as this station sure didn't."

"I had a bad experience here today. Went for a car wash and to get some hot dogs for lunch. The hot dogs were very burnt to the point where they weren’t even edible. I mentioned it to the lady working the rollers and she replied “nice”. I thought that was very rude and careless.. On top of this the car wash was closed so I couldn’t get my truck washed. I wiped down my windshield outside and there were no paper towels and hardly any liquid in the dispensers. Disappointing. I just feel like this Holiday is very careless and doesn’t operate well compared to others. I have had similar experiences here before, but after today I had to mention my concerns."
