"I booked this hotel for two nights. First night, I show up to the hotel room, check the mattress and find 1 bed bug. (Still scary). We go to a different hotel for the night, and tell the front office worker. We return the next day to request a refund for the 1st night and and to get a different room for the 2nd night. They tell me we booked through Expedia so they can’t issue a refund (which is completely okay) but then the manager says we aren’t allowed to stay in any room there for another night. Also the manager says he went into our room and found nothing , and I HAVE A PICTURE OF THE BED BUG. What kind of customer service is this??? They’re just trying to cover up a bed bug problem and remove us."
"Dirty. Carpet in our room was gross. Felt sticky. Curtain had holes in it and was off several hooks. Bathroom was also not very clean. Mirrors streaked and soap rings on edge of bath tub and sink. Trash can by door for entering close to our room was overflowing for two days before removed. The breakfast area was not clean. Microwave was filthy inside. Coffee and hot water containers had cold products. Will not recommend this site to stay at."
"Stayed here for a business trip. Location is great and the guy at the front desk was nice. Entire place is in due need of a remodel and update. Air conditioning fan in the room I stayed in was noisy, furniture looked like it had been purchased at a garage sale, WiFi didn't work, and TV channels didn't come in clear. Lots of work needed. It was a quiet place though and I was able to get some sleep."
"Probably try somewhere else. My family came up for a wedding and between the four rooms we bought there were toenails on the floor, pee on the toilet seats, old toilet paper, peanut butter and jelly on the desk, one room smells like smoke (which tells me the $250 cleaning fee they charge smokers goes towards nothing), my brothers card to get into his room doesn’t work so he has to go down to the front desk, grab an actual key and then return it every time he wants to go into his room, and the wifi likes to pick and choose when it works. There’s also nothing like waking up to a Chile screaming their lungs out at 12:18 am after a long day. One of my cousins asked if they cleaned and to that they said “our vacuum is broken”……… only plus is that it’s quiet and the night lady at the desk is super sweet. Its not worth $120 a night. Go to Grand Stay across the street."
