McDonald's 100 Judd Street, Perham, MN 56573

"I went there with my Family. I know they were busy. I needed a knife to cut my daughters quarter pounder. I knew I needed to wait. 5 min go by no one even acknowledged me. So I politely went back and asked for one. Then the Mananger wrote a note that said no customers in the back. What was I suspose to do I was waiting for a while. Dont just ingore some one that just needs a little plastic ware. I know times are hard finding help but please have your Managers care about the customers."

"Greetings, today I went to McDonald's in Perham, MN to eat with my family at 9:55pm (They closed at 11) the employee with the blue shirt “I think she's a supervisor” she didn't have her name tag on, she was mapping while “ “Her daughter” was working as a cashier. The supervisor treated all the customers who came in with an attitude, they gave us the wrong order, it took them 30 minutes with the Apple pie, we had to ask for them again and she basically threw them on the table. She looked frustrated. Why do you send all employees to clock out at 10:25pm if they close at 11:00pm? Why would they send them early if many cars and customers were still arriving inside? She is not professional at all. I don't know why they give a position with that title to a person who didn't study. And if she study, let me tell you that she did not learn what good Customer Service was. She does not have the qualities for that position. It’s too sad because I live here and we never expected to be treated that way in our own town."

"It'd probably be 3 stars but I've just had to many messed up orders from them for that. They charged me for a Big Mac I never order, I got the burger but I never ordered or asked for it -_-. Also the burgers there a so greasy it ruins the boxes the put them in, which I get being greasy but Cheese It's and Rice I swear they must dunk the thing in the fryer oil before serving them so greasy. Another time not only was the whole burger soggy from the grease but it was raw, they've also forgotten items and the was a time I had a nugget that looked as if it was dropped on the ground and shoved back into the box. If you want a little better experience go to the one in Detroit Lakes."

"Speed of To Go order was fast enough. Food was hot. Sandwich and drink tasted fine. Fries were so rancid that I could not eat them. Change the oil in the deep fryer more often."

"This morning I ordered for the first time at this McDonald’s through the McDonald’s app, and I order an iced peppermint coffee. When I arrived a lady came out and apologized that the peppermint is a seasonal and is not out yet, and asked if I wanted something different. I told her the pumpkin iced coffee. She came out a few minutes later and brought me my coffee and a holiday pie, I thought that was very sweet. I wished I got her name, but that was the best customer service I have received in a long time especially at a McDonald’s. And the pie was amazing, first time having that."
