"Not the worst place to shop, but there's not much good to be said about it either, occasionally you can find some deals. Often lacks the items we expect them to have, that we subsequently can find at a dollar general or a dollar tree. Even after several years, I've never seen the store organized or clean during a visit. Bought some helium balloons online and want to get them filled like you can at Dollar Tree? Nope, they'll turn you away unless you buy your balloons from them. Central Market across the street will do it, but they'll charge you about 5 bucks per balloon."
