"Been shopping here since I was in my teens. Not anymore. These guys are cheaters all around now. Do not take your equipment here to fix, they will rob you. The first hoist I brought here cost me over $1000.oo, didn't last 1 use. As they say, It was suppose to be certified. Brought in another one, they did a diagnosis and charged me 95.00, which is fine. But to fix it, they tried to charge me $2400.oo. I told them no go. Upon picking up the hoist, this was how it was given back to me. They'll put you in a tight spot. It's a lose-lose whether you fix it or not. Response to owner: Thank you for the response. I had a working hoist that I brought in. It stutters from time to time when pressing the up button on the controller. Nevertheless, It was a working hoist. There's no reason to give it back to me in 50 different pieces and in non working condition unless I fork up the $2400.oo. I was looking to buy a new one from your company and was promised an exact price via email. After 2 follow ups, no email was sent. The initial quote over the phone was 39xx.xx for a new hoist from your shop but the exact price was not given after the 2 attempts so I bought a new one from uline instead for 3200.oo and took the one your company broke, to a local shop and got it fixed for 300.oo. No one brings a vehicle to a dealer because their car was stuttering from time to time to be given it back in 50 pieces unless they pay a hefty price. If you're not going to fix it, give it back in the condition it was brought in. Not in pieces. That's bad business all around and there's no legitimate excuse to be that sloppy nor to treat your customers that way ."

"Was going through personal problems while working here, manager told me that i should not let those issues effect my work, and since i am a young father that was the only one providing an income. He told me i NEED this job. That over works and pays warehouse staff unfairly. Then he told me he didn’t even want to give me a raise for all that i had done for them for over 8 months. Well i spend about a month longer, still being talked down on and to by management. Unfit and very unprofessional."

"I called today to rent an impact wrench. The person I talked to was very knowledgeable and explained that the impact wrench was probably way more torque than is suitable for the job. He suggested I try to loosen the nut with a regular socket wrench.It was tough, but it did come loose. This is the kind of customer service I look for. This will be my go to place for tool rental in the future."
