"These folks are great! I came in yesterday with a shower valve that is not common at all (it has threaded handles), and they helped find a valve that looked like it could be a replacement. I was blown away listening to them talk about the nuance of valves and manufacturers with various styles. Really felt like these folks know and appreciate plumping. Update: discovered my shower had 1930s valve cartridges. I brought in my cartridges and they dug through catalogs until they found someone who makes a replacement. It took a couple months for these special parts to come in, but once installed they worked flawlessly. I can't say enough good things about these people. I worked primarily with Nick for the parts and Max for pickup - they both did solid by me!"
