"Went there to buy some basic hand tools and a rollaround toolchest for the yools that I needed for . I fond most of the tools that I wanted. Then, I looked through the various rolling toolchests. I found one, not too large, as some are huge. I grabbed the pick ticket for the one that I selected and went to the register. There was a line at the register, but another employee saw the pick ticke and asked if she could grab the ticket and bring the item up front for me. Awsome. Then she said this was an order item. Pay for it today, and they'll ship it to the store in 2-3 weeks. I couldn't believe it. Unfortunately, I couldn't wait 2-3 weeks. Left very disappointed and un satisfied."
