"Support your local hardware store! These guys have helped me out of several last-minute jams. I'd give them 6 stars if I could. Prices can be a little higher than big box stores, but in terms of convenience , customer service, and knowledgeable staff, this place is the best. I find myself heading over when I'm mid-project and realize that I just need one or two small things to complete it. They always have several friendly people on staff that are assertive about helping you find what you need, and often willing to give you advice on your project too if you've got questions or concerns. You can be in and out of the store in minutes too. If you're in the neighborhood, I strongly recommend checking this place out."

"Plumbing part advertised online "as settergrens price using an Android browser was listed as $3 more in store. It's actually false advertising to charge the higher price and you are subject to all sorts of fines and penalties if you do so. They tried to charge me the higher price and I was ready to walk and report them. Clearly it's an issue between them and ace but it's still their problem not mine and they should have charged the lower price and apologized. I didn't buy anything else on my list and not going back. A more enlarged enlightened management system would have given the salesmen they opportunity to give me $3 off. It's the only reason I went to their store because they had it. Not good. Not going back."
