"This place is a joke - their interest in providing customer service at the Plymouth location is next to zero. I was told I would get "virtual" samples to review in a day, waited almost a week, and received nothing. So when I called to find out what was going on, I got a line of complete b.s. about how BUSY they were (sure, during a pandemic, everyone is looking for tile).The Burnsville location was FABULOUS with my first bathroom project, I wouldn't waste my time with the Plymouth location but it was the only one open during this time."

"Went there found a tile I liked, Terri wrote down what it was and gave me a receipt verifying what it was. Brought it home and decided that this was the tile I want. Called few places and found it a dollar cheaper a square foot and placed an order for my kitchen that day. A week later when it came IT WAS COMPLETELY DIFFERENT!!!! I found out the part number written down was the wrong one. Just make sure you get somebody who knows what tile you're getting before you waste time on money!"
