"While the cookies were great (although I realized later two of them were missing the “butter” on the pancake), the service was extremely mediocre. The man taking my order didn’t seem happy to be there and didn’t seem enthusiastic in any way. It was my first time at Crumbl and he seemed annoyed that I didn’t know how everything worked. I don’t suffer from anxiety, but anyone who did would probably find that experience extremely stressful."
"The service was fast & friendly. They were quite busy, but the line went super quick. I really loved that everything was so clean! My family really loves trying all the new & different types of cookies. This past week, the waffle cookie that came with the syrup was totally AMAZING! They put it in the microwave like 10 seconds and OMG, sooo addictive! The price is quite steep, but for gourmet cookies on special occasions makes them quite memorable."
"Awesome service. The cookies were warm and they were delicious! My son ate the chocolate chip before I could get a picture."
"I love our local Crumbl!! Heather greeted me with such joy! She’s a delightful way to get my cookies brought out to me. Our cookies were delicious! Thank you and excited to see next week’s menu!"
"There was plenty of parking and no waiting in line, which was nice. That said, I started the process on the touch pad screens as you're supposed to, and when I got to the end it didn't have an option to pay cash. I had to go ask one of the 10 or so employees standing in the back. She said I had to order at the counter to pay cash which makes sense but I didn't realize at first or wouldn't have spent time trying to order on the screen. I ordered one chocolate chip cookie so I could compare the classic and my favorite. I was surprised there were only like 6 or 8 flavors total. I did appreciate that ordering in person allowed me to forgo the tipping option that showed up on the touch screens. I know I didn't have to tip with those either, but I also assumed the employees would know I hadn't tipped prior to boxing my food and I didn't like that. So I ordered at the counter and paid cash. My total was just over $6. For.ONE.cookie. I asked for it to be warmed up however it was not warm to the touch. The cookie was huge (about the size of my hand stretched out) and it is quite impressive that they are cooked through being that large. That said, it wasn't the most amazing cookie I've had. I for sure wasn't blown away. I won't go back mostly because the cookie wasn't worth the money paid. It wasn't the novelty experience I was hoping for either without there being many unique or fun options."
