"This is by far the worst place I have ever been to I have had my license for 3 years . Upon arrival at the guard shack. Everybody was disrespectful and gangsters they act like hoodlums. I was ganged up on and yelled at for not calling before pulling up to the guard shack . I asked for the number to call after a apologizing. For not calling, the security offers refused to give it to me. I was told that I needed to turn around when I asked Who is the number that I'm calling? They replied that number calls us the guard Shack, and we check you in over the phone. I replied instead of me leaving and coming back can you check me in while I'm standing right here. You're gonna make me leave and call you back. Also, you don't know the number to your own security guard shack. So what they did was call the police. They called the police and said I was blocking the entrance. So I had to eventually turn around. Leave the property and call the number. That is on a very small sign where trucks park and you cannot see. After calling the guard shack, giving them the check in number and dealing with more of their snaughty, disrespectful, rude remarks. And comments I was told I had to go to a completely different address. This facility has other buildings Surrounding it, and even though that's the address they give you upon arrival, they will send you somewhere else. While unloading my trailer. The forklift driver punctured a hole through the front of my Bulkhead And refuse to fix it or take responsibility. This facility is horrible do not take there loads"

"Security guards suck at their job take forever to let you in n workers take forever to offload you I myself loaded 5 pallets n took 3 guys n 3 forklifts to offload SMH . On the other end inside the place is outstanding clean for what they do huge machinery awesome."

"3535 Genoa relocation has the best warehouse staff. However the allied security lady who worked 1/25/2024 at 7:30 am was by far the worst experience I've ever had with a security guard. I was not only met with hostility but I was harassed for being an early delivery, yelled at, cursed at, threatened to be hit with a walkie talkie simply because I was asking questions from the perspective of a new delivery person. I have since refused to deliver to this location as I realized that the security guard felt the need to make my inquiries an opportunity to verbally abuse me and threatened me simply because I needed information that would help me in the process of knowing what to do in the future of my return to the facility. I was literally in fear of my life when her boyfriend decided to stand over me as well and tell me to shut up asking questions and get back into my truck because they didn't need to answer me or anyone else. I was told to do as she said and that's it."
