"good workshop and very good people, they treat you with respect"
"Mechanic Charles was a delight to work with. The woman in charge of billing and accounting was a horrible person though. Old gray haired lady. Our card got declined because it needed the limit increased - which happens with large purchases occasionally - and she thought I had gone outside with my husband to resolve the issue. I had not. I stayed inside while he went outside. She sat in the back and talked smack about me to the other mechanics and they all got a good laugh. Until she walked back out and seen me sitting there at which point the whole room went silent. They just stood there quiet. And yes, my bill was paid. Don’t worry about my funds while you have a whole yard of trucks that can’t be worked on due to other peoples lack of funding. Keep your filthy mouth shut you old gray haired hag. You got your money. However, you will not get my business again. Not proper etiquette for running a business. The owner needs to fire you."
"We broke down bringing our sons car in our trailer to Houston from Ohio. I called fleet and spoke to Charles about the situation. We blew out a set of bearings and the spindle was a little damaged. I was unable to put the castle nut back on. Charles said bring it over and we limped over on three wheels. He got us in immediately. Then William fixed everything up and got us back on the road. He fixed the spindle and checked all the other wheels and bearings and made sure we were all safe. I cannot say enough how much it meant to us being 1000 miles from home and somewhere we’ve never been to and to have such friendliness and caring. They gave me a little more faith in humanity!"
