"I bought a 2013 F150 Platinum sight unseen and out of state from Integrity Auto Sales. I usually do not purchase vehicles this way as it requires ALOT of trust and leaves the door open to possibly being screwed over. However, since I live in NY I made the choice that I needed to purchase a truck from the south that has not seen salt and undercoat rust protection spray it each year. After speaking with Bryce and being reassured of the purchasing process from out of state I felt comfortable with moving forward in purchasing. Overall, the buying experience was super easy and I am pleased with the outcome. I saw the ad on Facebook marketplace and began speaking with Bryce right away to get more details on the truck. The Carfax was supplied to me which showed basic maintenance on the truck. After some back and forth talks with Bryce on additional truck information I made an offer, placed a deposit on the truck, and arranged plans to fly down from NY to pick the truck up and drive it back home. Overall, the whole experience was super easy and I am very happy with how the process went. Due to purchasing sight unseen and not having a mechanic look it over before buying it, there have been a few small things that I have had to replace/repair on the truck in the short time I have owned it. Luckily, nothing catastrophic or too exspensive. I do not find fault with Integrity Auto Sales as the needed repairs were minor and could have been made known to me had I gotten a mechanic to look it over prior to purchasing. To be honest, also, had I gotten a mechanic to look it over and point out what would need to be repaired, I still would have purchased the truck but may have offered a little less with knowing what would need to be done shortly after purchasing. Regardless, I have no bitter taste in my mouth with the purchase. If I purchase out of state again I will be a little more thorough next time to make sure there are no surprises down the road as well as to protect myself. But in this specific situation, it all worked out and I am very happy that I now own a beautiful F150 that hasn't seen rust. I feel that it is also important to note that the truck I bought is a 2013 with 173k miles. I was NOT expecting something in perfect condition given the age and milage. However, the truck shows its age/milage on the body with scratches, paint chips, and a small crack in the windshield (all of which were not visable in photos or put in the ad description). So I was a little disappointed to see these things upon seeing the truck for the first time. These are things I will have to get taken care of before winter and salt comes otherwise the rust will take over. The main things I was focused on assessing was making sure that there were no engine knocks, major oil leaks, or transmission issues. And my quick look over did not show any of these things so I felt comfortable handing the check over and making the drive back home. The small repairs I have done in my two weeks of owning it, the paint chips, scratches, and the small crack in the windshield are all minor things. As a purchasing customer, I probably should have asked more questions about the shape of the body as well as had a mechanic look it over. Overall, I would definitely suggest Integrity Auto Sales to friends and family. The family owned culture of the business shows and makes the purchasing process feel down to earth and not pressured or rushed. They answered all my questions, were fair on pricing, and were able to accommodate me flying in from out of state and had me on my way home in my new (to me) truck in no time. They seem like great people and I am overall happy with my purchase from Integrity Auto Sales."

"We just bought a 2003 Ford excursion from here and in 25 years of buying vehicles from used car dealers I have never met a salesman as honest and genuine as Bryce wilson. When we pulled up and walked up to the vehicle he hit the remote and unlocked it and left us to look at it on our own, then he came out and told us the history of it and never pushed us once to purchase it. "The place has a bed inside!!! I met a very unproffesional staff who completely ignored me. The red haired son walked out on me and took care of another customer while I was sitting at his desk?!?!.. He went with them for a drive too, and didnt say anything to me. The older guy who seems to be the dad, just stood up and printed out a new picture for his picture frame on his desk.. Do they not think customers see what their doing? After about 30 minutes he asked where his son went... The whole time they were ignoring and overlooking me, and talked about other deals.. I had 30 000$ cash I was gonna use on a car. I went and got me a 2012 Kia Optima SX Turbo instead. I have never been treated that bad before. I am shocked at how unproffesional the staff were. No thanks... I will NEVER EVER go there again, and dont recommend anyone else to go there...."
