"While vacationing in Hot Springs, our old vehicle developed problems at 430pm on the Saturday of a holiday weekend. We had been discussing trading it in for over a year and decided this might be a sign. The staff at Greg Orr stayed late to help us find a new vehicle. They were incredibly polite, professional, and gave us a great deal. Thank you to everyone but in particular i would give a shout out to Jaylen our sales representative and Robert in finance."

"The worst experience EVER! Made a fair deal for a car and agreed to purchase it.then the mangers and the sales people gave me the most horrible run around because they didn’t want to stick to their own deal!! I will never purchase anything from them! It all felt like a shady run game of shuffle the customer around. We had an agreed upon price for a car on their lot then they tried to raise the price and send me to their other lot and say they couldn’t sale me a car at the agreed price that they had listed on their website for that location. Horrible customer service skills, very unprofessional, and it felt like they were trying to drive the price up after they made the original deal.I will Never deal with them again. If I could give them a lower rating I would."

"I really wished I had read the reviews b4 purchasing my 2016 BMW 4-Series & I hope your read my other post. I bought my car In April. It was one of the best car buying experiences I have ever had. I brought the car back to the dealership in May bc of a sound it was making, only to learn it was the wheel bearing, a problem that should been fixed BEFORE I purchased it, if in fact you do a thorough inspection. I got got, and I’m so disappointed. It’s going on 3 weeks now & I still don’t have my car, but I received a survey about my experience. I’m extremely concerned. In the time it’s been there, a new engine could have been put in the car by now. I really hope this has nothing to do with any of my identifiable features. Corporate....if you are reading this, something has to be done & if you’re not, I hope whoever manages your reviews brings this to your attention. This IS NOT OK!!!"
