"As with all dealerships they are more expensive but they do good work."
"I wanted the best maintenance for my terrain, so I went to the dealership. And I bought four brand new tires last year. after a routine or change and tire rotation at the Jiffy Lube I was informed that 2 of the crosswind tires were bad so I called the dealership and they said to bring it on in and let us have a look at it and so I did. After verifying that the 2 tires was indeed bad. I was told to come back after Christmas and they will be replaced. Well that didn't work out very well at all, it was more like pass the book. I talked to people on the phone and got the runaround. I even use the chat service and got the runaround so I went back up there again on my own inclination, and then they say well you gotta prove that you got your tires rotated and we need the numbers of all the places you went to get your oil change and stuff and then after that will determine if we can do anything at all. Well, that's not what you said before Christmas, so I just went ahead and got two new tires somewhere else. I sure wish I could say I had pleasant experience, but may be Harry Robinson, Buick GMC service center, black lives don't matter. I have to do a little bit of research I found out that crosswind are among the top five worst tires to get. Zayna S"
