When I called to make the payment the lady put me on hold and then never came back! Today I tried calling again to make payment and the number rang and rang so I disconnected. I then called back and now the line is disconnected??? Ridiculous service"

"Fast service. I have a spotty driving record and they were able to locate me coverage rather quickly for a reasonable amount. I give them 4/5 because I had called before I got there and asked them if they took debit cards, as i was trying to create a policy, and so I'd know if I needed to stop at a bank. The employee said yes. So I show up on my lunch break to start a policy to find out that the startup down payment is cash, monthly payments are able to be paid via debit. I had to leave there go to a bank and come back to finish the sign up process. This made me a little late back from lunch. Other than this, the place has been great!"
