"This business moved into a quiet area next to a 55 and older community only to make noise all hours of the day and night. They are closed at 6 pm, but after hours, they rattle our walls all night. We have let them know that they are disturbing the community, but they don't care. Very rude and disrespectful. Don't deserve any stars, but have to make comment."

"Fly by night custom audio! Sold me a 500 w 12" speaker inside a ported box for $450. I installed it. Kasey tuned it. He then told me not to turn volume up past 25 and to break in the new speaker for 20hrs before turning up past 21. Kasey then told me it was warranty for 6months! It worked sounded great for 3months. 1 of the little wires that connect to the cone broke. He told me to bring it to him and he fix it for free. I brought the box speaker and my amp that I paid $125 for. It's been a month ... at 1st it was any excuse not to meet up He was nvr at his shop. Now he just does not respond to my calls or texts. Kasey continues to ghost me while he has bout $575-$600 worth of my stuff! Do not trust anything this guy"

Not only did they explain to me how it all worked and the people sold me some dual voice coil subs that one side was blown they took the time to get me new stuff and went way outta their way today just to get me bumping.
