If that part happens to mess up in 3 weeks and you come back to refund or warranty they only give you the part and tell you no more. I now go to the Bentonville store because they honor moves warranty which is a lifetime warranty"

"Down Home Great! Each time I go to Bumper To Bumper, I have typically looked elsewhere first. Local, online, dealer's service center. Either I can't find what I'm looking for or the prices are counter-intuitive to my budget. So then I go to Bumper To Bumper and wonder why in the world I wasted time and effort looking anywhere else. In this case, it was wipers. Last time I replaced them (yeah, years ago) I got them at Bumper To Bumper at a great price and they put them on for me.
