"After being left alone with my 4 year old for 85 minutes following his scratch test assessment (we had already been there almost 3 hours by the time Dr. Graham came in), I was lectured as though I wasnt following the protocol for my son, lectured for getting him medicine from his PCP when he had a prolonged flare, and then was prescribed that same medicine as we left, despite her attitude. When I assured her I was following the plan, I was told his finger nails are too long. Something was always my fault as his parent, and I feel that deflected from the severity of his condition. I was told the results of his scratch test, but I received zero guidance about lifestyle changes. We also had issues with our pharmacy filling his prescriptions since his last test, and she basically said I should have known better than to listen to their automated answering machine, which says to have pharmacies seek refills from them, not patients. I know this because I did call them, like she said I should have. But all of that was moot anyway, since we had already changed pharmacies. Dr. Graham upped his meds, told us to bathe him in bleach twice a week, and sent us on our way. I did not feel listened to or respected as a mother or as a client. More realistically, I felt shamed for already doing what I'm supposed to be doing. I feel I was unfairly the focus of scrutiny while my son's actual allergies were grossly ignored. We will be taking his results elsewhere."
"I spent all day at my first (and only) appointment at Dr. Graham’s office. It was filled with testing, paperwork and a consultation with the doctor. Briefly, it was explained that I was basically allergic to everything tested (the doctor even made a comment about how she was surprised I went this long without seeing a doctor before). The results were given without much explanation, though I did appreciate how asthma was fully explained to me, and my specific treatment plan. The shots clinic program was suggested to me, which at the time I genuinely considered. When I finally left that day, I was told at the front desk that I would be contacted for my follow-up appointment (which I thought was odd that it wasn’t scheduled then). Yes I had a bill, which I paid within months. I figured when I paid it off, I would be contacted for an appointment. I called several times (months later) to ask about a RX change, and each time I called, the staff was unsympathetic and ultimately unhelpful. It’s been 14 months since that appointment, and I haven’t been contacted by the office for a follow-up. I looked up online, it’s suggested to see your doctor twice a year. It’s just all very confusing for someone who’s been told they have asthma and allergies, and then be left alone, unsupported."
"The nurses and staff are excellent but I don't care too much for the doctor. If I call you after hours bcuz I'm concerned about my child, don't get an attitude and tell me you gotta go and proceed to hang up the phone. Then on the next visit have us sitting around from 2:30-5:10, the nurse came in and did what she had to do but we didn't she the Graham til about 4:50- 4:55"
"We’ve only seen Dr. Graham once, but I highly recommend her. She was very thorough in our initial appointment—easily spending 20+ minutes explaining the (surprising) results of my child’s allergy test and sharing everything we needed to know to understand the implications of the test results. Dr. Graham is a wealth of knowledge, and she essentially has given my child a new lease on life because she knows ALL about cross-reactivity, the way allergens work and way different tests work and what they reveal. All the information she shared could have made my head spin, but she also made clear our “must know” information in writing so I didn’t have to trust my own memory. Angela (RN) and the office staff were all friendly, thorough, available, and professional."
"Dr Graham was fantastic! She was incredibly knowledgeable about how to best treat my daughter. She was very warm and friendly, and my young daughter was at ease. I would definitely recommend her!"
