"I use to see Dr. Hernandez at another location. When he moved to the new location. I follow him based on how he treated me. Dr. Hernandez is truly amazing. Now on the other hand his wife is completely heartless and rude and does not care about the patient at all. Yes , I was late to my appointment. I just lost my grandmother And moved to the other side of town. I was trying to get to my appointment on time and his wife was very nasty to me. Per usual. She didn’t take the time to understand why I was la late. My grandmother just died. I called to get my records and she refuses to release my personal records to me. I was trying to explain to her that my new doctors office is just getting started with their systems and I will need my records. She proceeded to not help me. This is a doctors wife who deals with the public. She has been rude to me from the first time I came to their office and now she is trying either not give me my personal records and or charge me for my personal records. And she hung up the phone in my face. People deal with mental illness and so much more. And to treat someone like this is inhumane. This is why so many people harm themselves because of how people treat them. Thank God I know God. Again, I never had an issue with Dr. Hernandez his wife should not be in that office. Simply because how she treats the patients.I have had serval friends to tell me that they stopped coming to see Dr. Hernandez because of his wife’s rude behavior and attitude. She does not know how to communicate with people. I wouldn’t recommend seeing Dr. Hernandez until his wife is no longer in that office. It’s sad to treat someone this way who needs to see the doctor often."

"Please do not use this doctor. All they want is your money and do not care about your health. They told my husband he would not have to pay a co pay just to give him to get his test results and when he arrives they tell him he now has to pay one. Well whatever, he calls me to come up there and pay it so I rush up there to do it and I get up there by the time they tell him I needed to be and when I walk in to pay I get a door slammed in my face and completely ignored and as I stand there the bigger lady walks out and tells me he will get them in the mail AFTER calling him (while he was at work) and asking for him to come get his results. Sorry low down people. Please find a better doctor to go to. Never in my life have I seen such HORRIBLE care"

"I met with Dr. Hernandez on Friday. From the moment I met him I knew he would be my doctor for life! He is caring, empathetic and most importantly you get to establish a connection with him which I feel is seldom in today’s world. One of the best doctors I’ve ever met. My husband is a police officer in Little Rock and I’m in banking so I was pleased to hear the office is open on Saturday’s. His staff is amazing as well. Dr. Hernandez is one in a million! "NEVER FELT SO DISRESPECTED,DEGRADED, AND IGNORED.! we just moved here from South Louisiana an needed a primary care Dr I made a appointment. From the moment you walk in something isn't right no patient in waiting room.signs no public restroom,sign no one wth patient in exam room without specific permission from Dr. My husband an I went in together the Dr was very " manic hyper" he kept trying to speak ocer us and cut us off. He had us repeat labs we recently had done would not look at lab work or drs records we brought in.disputed specialists at M.D. Anderson orders and meds.Beat His hands on his chest when my husband said i had been a nurse for decades saying ," BUT I AM THE MEDICAL DR!!!.) IT TOOK 3visits in one week and multiple phone calls to get a 30 day supply of a couple of meds.then sent us letters that we were " dismissed as Patients because we DISRESPECTED HIM ! We can totally see why AR Care dismissed him when he went to give his 90 day notice and told him to leave that same day( this from HIS lengthy description of how he was DISRESPECTED by them.i feel sorry for his staff .He cut us off.ignored our attempts to relay our medical history, did not even look at our detailed medical history I had pain stakeingly written, called at 8 at night to argue with me about my meds prescribed by M.D. ANDERSON. Just the worst experience we've both ever had at a Dr."

"So happy to have him as my primary care provider. He has zoomed me while he was on vacation, comes out to the parking lot, when your not able to go in, & he is open on Saturday’s! He is very thorough. I had blood pressure problems for years he straightened that out for me. He is a loving and caring physician!
