"I'm a new patient so I didn't know what to EXPECT. Everyone there has great attitudes and very friendly. When I met Dr. McMinn he was soooo down to earth very professional, kind and thorough. I have a rare eye disease and he knows his stuff!! Very pleased! Most of my family goes here but I'm a person that has to make my own opinion... Let me tell you, you will not be disappointed. I'm a new patient and I didn't have a wait time but if I did after meeting him and his staff I wouldn't have minded!! So you will not be disappointed go ahead and make that appointment!!! NOW :)"
"We had appointment on March 8th with Dr. McMinn, My husband and myself. Both needing glasses that totaled 890.00, we ordered them that day and was told 3 weeks to get in. I called on March 21 just to check and see if maybe they had come in a week early knowing that we still had another week left. I was told they were ordered and they get glasses in daily so they would call me when came in. I called March 29th(today) and was told they were not in and the lady that handle that was not in she had a death in family. I was concerned as my husband has to do his CDL certification by April 1st and needed his glasses to do testing as his other glasses were really bad. So I called the lady back and was told they had not even been ordered. Donna at front desk transfered me to a very RUDE old lady who was very unsympathic and kept stating they were all new there and no one new how to order the glasses, I then told her I immediately needed the 500.00 deposit paid on my glasses back and she said she didnt know how to do that she would tell doctor, asked to speak to doctor and was told with patients. I hung up and called back because I remembered they told me last week they had been ordered and asked why was I told last week they were ordered and they were not and I needed the 500.00 Back and she hung up on me. VERY RUDE!! I will be going in to get my refund and will place a complaint with the BBB"
"I had a crazy eye emergency today where my eye filled half with a jelly-like substance. I flipped out. They got me in immediately and calmed my nerves, and got me taken care of so quickly and easily. I have a phobia of the eye doctor and I felt so at ease. I loved this experience and highly recommend these guys."
"The Lady that used to work at the Searcy office moved with them to the Jacksonville office must not be there anymore bc the last time we went in we had to deal with another woman ordering the glasses and the craftsmanship of the glasses are awful so they must use a different company too. Anyway my husband's glasses came in horribly made and the lady was nonchalant about how they did look bad and we sent them back for them to be fixed, 2 months later my husband goes in to the office to check on them and he gets the run around and now it's been 4 months and the lady who deals with the glasses is out for emergency reasons which I understand but it's that no one else knows anything about the glasses in a glasses store??? What is happening? I miss the office being in Searcy. I am so disappointed with what it has become."
"They didn’t take my insurance but the lady at the desk called around and found me a doctor that does take it. She didn’t have to do that but went above and beyond to help me. That is amazing customer service!! They did take my daughter’s insurance and everyone was super sweet to her and the doctor was very nice and explained everything very well to us. She was very nervous but the staff helped her pick out glasses she loves and made the whole experience wonderful for her. I’d recommend them to anyone with kids."
