"Went here with my niece after she sprained her leg falling in the shower. Er doctor forced her to walk on it to prove "it wasn't broken" after an X-ray...okay it's not broken! We brought her here to see what's wrong, not to force the poor kid to walk on a sprained leg. Trust me, the quicker wait time is not worth the er doctor. The other staff members were extremely sweet, A+ to them."

"This was my first time to Unity in Jacksonville ER. I was treated with such great care from the time I got there til the time I was released. They were always in and out checking on me. A very caring staff. I would 100% recommend this hospital!!"

"I want to give a huge thank you to the staff here who went the extra mile to accommodate my partner and I. Everyone was very nice and very understanding. Shari was the nurse who mainly helped us, and she even made arrangements to get us home safely since we don’t have a car. My partner didn’t exactly have a medical emergency, but not once did they make us feel as if we wasted emergency resources. I’m very glad that my partner was able to receive the urgent treatment that he needed."

"I came in to the hospital 12/3/23 with a abscess infection. I was treated by Dr Brandi Henson she was an Amazing Doctor! Such a great Doctor. She explained everything, she was timely , very gentle and also so kind . Room was very clean . As for the hospital itself the nurses and staff are all very welcoming and friendly. Everyone from the security to the front admins said hello offered assistance and once I was ready to leave said have a good night. Wait time coming in was less than 2 minutes and once I was in a room I was seen immediately. I will definitely be using this hospital should I need to in the future"
