"After they reviewed my medical file, office staff called to say they are not accepting new patients, they do not have a waiting list and there is no way to know when they will accept new patients in the future. Very frustrating and feels wrong."

"This doctor is not only incompetent but also ethically impaired. He misdiagnosed me on several occasions. Specialists said his diagnosis was wrong. After I brought up a different opinion, his office gave me over three months' lead time to see him in the hope of dropping me out. After I switched to a different doctor, I asked them several times to transfer all my medical records at their office to the new doctor. Over 6 months later, the new doctor still has not received anything. I need the records for the new doctor to look at some testing results so the new doctor could send a referral for me. I called Hannon's office again and left a message. Several months passed, and they never returned my call. It delayed my treatment for over a year. He does not care about his patients at all and his diagnosis won’t help, either."
"I moved to Rogers almost seven years ago. I needed a doctor a.s.a.p. to continue with my treatment of various health problems. My husband and stepson were long time patients already and urged me to try and see what I thought about their practice. It was the best decision ever. Dr. Hannon and his staff have been so welcoming to me since day one. There’s not enough space on here to tell you what all he and staff have helped me through. From the time you enter the front doors to leaving you’re made to feel like you’re his only patient. That speaks volumes for me. Bedside manner and the fact Dr.Hannon goes every mile to get to the bottom of the illness is quite rare in my experiences in the past. If he can’t figure it out he will send you to someone with high regards to help get to the bottom of it. He cares. Honestly cares. And for that I am so grateful. Thank you Dr. and staff for all that you do. Your kindness and never ending commitment to your patients is truly a blessing."
