"Daughter was sick and it was 45 mins to close and as we were walking to the clinic 2 nurses came out. We walked in and it wasn’t busy, they said they had no providers and would be best if we went to elsewhere. Why stay open with no providers if you can’t give provide any service? No reason to be open."

"I hate doctors who immediately come in acting like you're a liar or something. Do I realize that having to go to an entirely different doctor for an a1c is ridiculous? Yes. Do I also realize that this needs to get done because my health is extremely important especially when it comes to diabetes? Also yes. I do not appreciate being told my health is not more important than whatever weird back and forth you wanna do with my pcp who didn't do my a1c. How about instead of coming in with accusations you come in with questions. I don't know anyone that would react well to the way I was just treated. When I get a new pcp, which yes I was looking for because I need health help, it certainly won't be here."

"Typically, I have a good experience here except when I came to see np Nguyen. It was NOT a busy Saturday so you would think you’d take your time to understand the patient. I did not feel like the issues were being well listened to at all when it came to a certain topic. Even saying if she did something she could “loose her license” maybe if she was actually listening to my needs the conversation wouldn’t have gone there. I was paying without insurance and now I have to pay $135 for this experience and she knew that. What a joke. She was a grump and wanted to go in and out. Don’t recommend booking with her."

"My mother who is 65 years old and immunocompromised (she has to take infusion therapy to have an immune system) went to this clinic today and tested positive for Covid. The NP refused to prescribe her Paxlovid. She told my mother to go to the ER if she got really sick. Paxlovid is designed to treat for mild to moderate cases of Covid for people with comorbidities who are at a higher risk of developing severe Covid. The entire point of Paxlovid is to keep people like my mother out of the ER. When you go to see a medical professional for help with a legitimate illness it’s not too much to expect to be treated for the illness once a diagnosis is made. Absolute failure here."

"Needed urgent Dental work, scheduled me in fast and efficiently. Every part of the staff was knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. It had been about 6 years since my last cleaning and they cared about my comfort and health. I would Highly recommend their affordable services to anybody."
