"My daughter had an appointment and they couldn't attend her because she was about 5 minutes late and I have my little son who couldn't leave him alone and they didn't want to give my daughter a note of justification for school and they had to give her why it was in hours that her school started and she had a stuffing and they left it badly now she complains about the pain"

"It took almost a year to get in. Once in there, they said I needed a deep cleaning that my insurance (Medicaid) wouldn't cover. It would cost me $600 that I don't have. (I doubt I would qualify for Medicaid if I had an extra $600 lying around.) I asked about a regular cleaning (which they will cover) and they said, "It won't do any good." I then asked how it wouldn't do "any" good? Why could I not at least get a regular cleaning until I can afford to pay for the deep cleaning? She shrugged her shoulders."

"Good experience. For my six-year-old niece, they prescribed anti-anxiety meds for one hour before the appointment (which was 2 crowns and a filling). We got it from her pharmacy, and it had to be administered there by the nurse, then we had to wait 45 minutes. They put her in the chair, and she was relaxed. Then they gave her gas, which made her say cute things. The dentist (a female) was super nice and calm. She told my niece what she was going to do before she did it, so that my niece wouldn't be surprised, and she was very encouraging to her. It's all about attitude. They also checked to make sure I was on the family list for information."
