Palliative Care at Heart is a compassionate institution located at 1401 South Waldron Road in Fort Smith, Arkansas, dedicated to providing high-quality palliative care services to communities across west Arkansas. Our specialized medical care focuses on improving the quality of life for patients dealing with the symptoms and stress of serious advanced illnesses, offering support throughout the care continuum to increase comfort and reduce hospitalizations.

Medicare Part B covers 80 percent of the cost of palliative care services for patients over 65, and U.S. veterans enrolled in the VHA Medical Benefits Package are eligible for coverage if they meet the clinical need for the service. We work with insurers to determine coverage options and strive to create the best journey possible for our shared patients.
