"If I could give 0 stars, I would. I’m normally not the one to take the time to give a review (even after a bad experience), HOWEVER, I am utterly disgusted & disappointed after my visit today. Being first time parents it’s normal to ask a professional tedious questions just to confirm that you’re doing things right.. even when you know that you are. We asked all the questions to be safe rather than sorry & Dr. Nolen & her nurse Ashlea acted as if the questions were totally fine & it didn’t bother them no matter how tedious they were. Well, once the visit was over.. I went to use the restroom & as I was finishing up in the restroom.. I could her them both (Dr. Nolen & Nurse Ashlea) talking about the questions we asked in a derogatory manner. I came out of the restroom (didn’t say anything right away, just looked) & Ashlea was there looking stunned & asked, “what” because she knew that I had overheard the conversation. I replied, “I hope you all don’t talk about all of your patients like that” & began to express how disgusted I was with the both of them. Especially, Dr. Nolen for even involving herself. I spoke with her as well & they both tried to butter up their conversation & make me think differently. I know exactly what I heard. I also made Dr. Nolen aware that I was disgusted & canceled all of my future appointments with them. I had very high expectations of Dr. Nolen & it has all gone out of the window. I was warned by a professional about this place to began with but still decided to give them a chance solely because that may not have been the same experience for me. I would not recommend ANYONE going to this place. Dr. Nolen has been the most unprofessional doctor I have ever met in my life & did not handle my baby with gentle care. She was very rough with my baby. (Ex: not controlling a newborn’s head while picking them up) It’s just too unprofessional. I like to give second chances, but I will not allow my newborn baby to be serviced here knowing that I’m the one that has to advocate for her since she can’t herself. I wouldn’t let my dog go here!! I digress!!!"
