"The receptionist was awesome. She let me know they were alot behind. 1 lady had been there for over 2 hours. Don't go on Mondays. I rescheduled for Tuesday, got right in. Doctor was very attentive. Got my ear washed out and I was gone"

"When I walked into the office I asked for a mask but was told they didn’t have any. I sat down & looked around there was no bottle water in fridge, and no coffee made. Arrived @ 8:10 am with 3 people in waiting room. 3 more arrived after. By 9:05 I still was not seen. Other people were taken back that had arrived after me. I went to window & told receptionist I was not feeling well so I was going home. To her credit she was very sweet & apologetic. If this were an isolated incident it would not have bothered me. The last 2 times I came here I either waited a long time ir was turned away. I think I will go down the street & try the Baptist Urgent care"

"Super kind staff. I got in pretty quickly (2+ hrs wait time everywhere else). Received an X-ray and then moved to a safe procedure room without my horrible allergen in the room. Didn’t take long to get the glass out of my food and sent home with at home care instructions. Love Bruce and his bedside manner definitely brings comfort.and distraction with humor. One of the Best family urgent care clinics."

"Everyone could not have been friendlier or willing to help. I had never been to a facility like this before. I only went because my doctor was out of town for the week and I could not wait another week for an appointment. I also did not want to go to the emergency room because I thought I would be there all night. I was there after closing time but you would not have known it with the willingness to help. A wheelchair was provided to X-ray because I had an injured foot. And then when I was finished the doctor helped me out to my car because I was hobbling! I have never had that kind of assistance! I have told everyone that I come in contact with so if they should need this type of service!"
