"The Dr. is very thorough. I received a complete physical on my first visit (which had never happened anywhere else before) He's really easy to talk to about your concerns. It feels good to have a Dr. That listens to you and not just provide you with a ton of prescriptions, and you don't even know why you're taking them."

"They are not a Part of the Baptist Health system per the doctor. They paid money to use the Baptist name. The lab they use is very slow. It is now day 4 after a urine culture and no results and no antibiotics. I’m in pain. Would they do this to their own family? One of the techs didn’t share my own vital signs with me."

"I work.for the state of AR. As a new patient, I went in for a wellness visit October 4th. Wellness visits are free with insurance. The doctor was nice and we chat about different health related matters. I was in and out in 30 minutes. Since then I received 2 bills. One of which was coded as an office visit because of the questions the doctor asked me. I only wanted a wellness check just talking with the doctor was common..at least I had thought so. They are refusing to remove the charge due to the doctor talking to me. I would NOT recommend this facility. They just lost a new patient over this horrible billing experience. Fyi, the person I spoke to in billing said this is a common practice for this doctor."
