"The absolute worst doctor’s office ever. The receptionist are unprofessional and don’t know what they’re doing, the nurse prac we saw was amazing, but getting ahold of a nurse about a health concern is DREADFUL. I left a message two days ago requesting an appointment, was told to email photos of my child for them to show the doctor and NOTHING. my child is in pain and they do not care. Highly recommend going ANYWHERE ELSE."
"We are always pleased with the staff at pediatric partners. There is one receptionist who has been there for years, who is wonderful. She’s very sweet & understanding when it comes to my son with autism.. & has bent over backwards to help where she could. Her “keep the faith mama” is exactly what I needed that day. The receptionist, nurses, & all of the doctors are very much appreciated by me & my kiddos & we are so thankful for their thoughtfulness & willingness to help."
"Terribly rude receptionist! I called to make an appointment for my son about some behavioural issues he's had and when I told her what he needs seen for, she said "What is that I've never even heard of that before" in a tone that insinuated she thought I was making it up. Then she preceded to tell me that his Dr has retired (I knew this I just hadn't had the chance to request the other doctor to see him yet) and that my insurance is now assigned to a different doctors office that he's NEVER been too. She says she can't make him an appointment until I call my insurance and assign it back to pediatric partners. I tell her it must be a mistake because I'd never taken him anywhere else. She said they can't help me until I fix it. I say I will call the insurance and sort it out than call her back for an appointment. She says word for word "Dont bother our doctors too busy for that." And tells me to try the office my insurance is at now, that they might have the 'services' I want. Later that day I call my insurance and it was never changed from Pediatric Partners like she had told me. Needless to say, I am now in search for a new pediatrician for my son and I'm never taking him back to that office."
"If I could give this office a lower rating I would. Dr. Chris is great with my daughter but i started seeing him because her primary pediatrician, Dr. Jon was never 'available'*, and when he was available he was very flippant and frankly, it felt like he was mocking my concerns as a first time Mom. However, the main reason for my review is due to the receptionists. When I first started taking my daughter in, they decided for whatever reason they did not like me. They are always rude, condescending, belittling, and balatantly disregard my daughter's health. They constantly reschedule appointments and then act like I am the one making the mistake even though I double/triple check them. When I walk in for my appt, they will pick up the phone, without speaking into it, and pretend to be busy just to make me wait for the other one to deal with me even if she is already dealing with another patient. My daughter was running a 102.3 fever before an appointment, so I called to see if I could give her something for it before bringing her in. The receptionist quite nastily informed me that if my daughter needed medicine they would give her some. Upon finally getting into my appointment (no thanks to another pretending to be on the phone incident) the nurse told me I should have given her the medicine and there was no reason to have let her suffer. I was furious. After two years of attitude and that incident, I complained to the office manager that day. Today I called to have a nurse return my call regarding an ongoing ear infection that we have been battling. Two hours went by with no phone call. I called back to see if I had gotten lost in the shuffle and the receptionist snapped at me that the nurse would call me before they closed and slammed the phone down in my ear. I never did get a call back, and wound up talking to the triage tonight. I will be reporting the incident and taking my daughter to a new pediatrician's office after this. I highly reccommend skipping the novelty of having "Dr. Jon" as your pediatrician if this is the way they do business. If it was just the attitude directed at me, or me being a neurotic first time mom, it would be one thing, but when these women's behavior affect the quality of my daughter's life, health, and care- They are not only NOT doing their job, they are abusing my daughter with their damn ego. They should be fired and replaced with someone who actually wants to have a job that keeps their patients healthy and cared for. You women should be ashamed of yourselves for making a child suffer, and for being unsympathetic to a worried mother. If Pediatric Partners need reccommendations on hard working medical receptionists who are trained in pediatrics and who are looking for work, they can call me, I know several in the area. My number is on file."
