"We love Dr Wilkinson but haven't gotten to see him the last 3 or 4 visits. He's a wonderful doctor and always takes time to answer questions. I haven't felt rushed with him. It's the front desk staff that I'm irritated with. I called first thing in the morning after having to call the ambulance because my 2 year old was having trouble breathing the night before. I told the receptionist what was going on and she responded by asking what insurance I had. Not "oh wow that's terrible. I'm glad he's feeling better." She didn't seem to care at all or even acknowledge what I told her. And last time I took my baby there she didn't give me back my driver's license. I didn't notice it missing for almost 3 weeks. They never called and let me know they had it. When I went to pick it up it was with a stack of other people's ids that were left there. Just little personal touches to weary parents with sick kids would be nice."
"i went 4 a checkup and he said go away gimp"

"We have been seeing Dr.Wilkinson for almost 4 years total with our 3 sons. The majority of the time we would be seen by Sara Anderson(due to Wilkinson's packed schedule I'm assuming) which was totally fine be she seemed to be more attentive. For the past almost 2 months my 4 month old has experienced difficulty breathing, retracting, etc. We kept receiving the same answers that they had given our middle child when he was also around 4 to 12mos. which was odd since his symptoms were not the same. After making 2 ER visits in a week and a half, the ER dr advised us to be seen by Wilkinson either that same day or the next day. With his symptoms worsening we immediately contacted the office and they stated Sara was out sick(understandable) and to take him to a walk in. You have to be at least 6mos to a year to be seen in a walk in? We told the nurse he was retracting, running a fever and ER said he had to be seen asap. The nurse said they refuse to see him and made him an appt for 3 days later and to keep using his albuterol treatments even though we stressed they were not working. We ended up getting an immediately with Dr.Ukwe who examined my son and actually took the time to find out what was genuinely wrong and found out these different medications and treatments we kept getting prescribed to help my 4mo old were doing absolutely nothing for him!! He actually gave us good advice amd referred him to a pulmonologist at Children's. After our frantic calls and mymercy messages, 2 days later a nurse from Wilkinson's office calls to see how my son is doing because she just saw mymercy message and had no idea the other nurse had already spoke with us days later and refused to see my son. Unfortunately in my opinion it seems like some of the care providers here have lost their desire to genuinely find out what's going on with kids, are just giving trial and error advice and misdiagnosing because they just want to rush in and out of these patients rooms. I will never take my sons back here."
