"I went in to see about making an appointment with the Dr Charton. When got to the window I greeted the young lady, by saying good afternoon and ask how her day was going, and that was when things went down hill in a hurry!! She looked up at me, if looks could kill, she ask in a sarcastic tone what I needed. I told her that I wanted to make an appointment with the doctor, at that point she just looked at her computer and again her attitude came out, she said “I “will” put you down for (she gave me the date and time) never asking if the date and time was okay with me. I told her that I had seen another doctor, not in their clinic, and I wanted to get his findings sent to them and again the attitude/tone of voice “give me the appointment card and I will put a fax number on”. My family and have used this clinic, Dr Strossner, going back twenty plus years and love the care we have received, from him and his technicians. Something needs to be done with the up-front staff!! With out a doubt the worst reception I have ever received!"
