"Today, 10/13/23 at about 8am, I brought my Mom to Open MRI of Conway. It was her first MRI. She's extremely claustrophobic, so their company was recommended. Our visit was fabulous! I regret not getting the names of the wonderful two ladies who helped us, today. They were warm, friendly and very professional. My Mom was so nervous, beforehand. However, they treated her with such patience and care that it was as if she'd done it several times in the past. They explained the process in great detail, answering any questions that we had, and ensured that she was comfortable and ready to begin. They even gave her a gift, upon leaving. Additional info: Parking was plentiful. And the location is easy and quick to get to, from the interstate. The site was very clean, spacious, and equipped with key lockers for your valuables."

"I cannot even begin to describe the level of caring and understanding from the employees of Open Mri! They were so kind and understanding I literally started crying on the drive home. My Mom is terribly claustrophobic and showing signs of dementia but the way the Tech handled her was like they were old friends. Definitely recommend these folks!! Thank you all so much! You really made what I thought would be a terrible experience into a stress free trip!"

"If I could leave no stars I would. The worst!!! I was given my deductible after insurance which was three times the norm. I paid on the spot, then got a bill months later for another $200. Now , two years later, I’m getting another bill for over $85…??? They will not answer the phone when you try to call about the bills. They are absolutely the worst!!!! Beware!"

"I was especially shocked that this office did not follow ANY Covid protocol. The staff didn't have on any masks, the 6ft rule did not apply, they didn't ask if you have had Covid or been around anyone with it, they asked NOTHING. The staff was however nice. The lady who did my MRI kept me informed of how much time I had remaining."
