"UPDATE: Initially, I gave them 3 stars and a not-so-good review (see below). Since then, they have really made some changes for the better! They are, once again, my favorite location to frequent. They are back on top of things. Friendly, caring, clean, and great service the 5 times I've visited since my poorer review. PREVIOUS: This is usually my favorite shop. But this day none of the staff greeted new customers. Had to "grab their attention" for service. Got drink ok, but had to ask again for food item. Drink & food were good. Someone had dropped their drink on the floor prior to my arriving and the mess was still there when I left."

"first time I've tried getting a double shot of espresso in my chai, I usually go for the single and it's great. But I got a Venti and figured I'd try a double. it was great, love the slight spice after taste on each sip. after having a very bland cup the other day at home it was nice to have a good one"

"Manager was rude in person and over the phone. Placed a decent sized order and was rude when we picked up. A drink was missing and she stated that it got lost in transit."

"The coffee is great; the employees are friendly. My only complaint is I sat in the drive-thru lane for 10 minutes waiting for the lady in front of me to receive her order. I wish they had asked her to pull up so the 4-5 cars behind me and I could get our orders that were ready (at least mine was; I ordered on the app)."

"You know I am a very loyal customer I spend on average $200 a month. I considered that to be pretty loyal I order the same stuff over and over again. Now I have to order my double smoked bacon and cheddar cooked open face because the bacon's always not cooked. And it's a wonderful sandwich if it's done right but get in them to do it right even if you order it cooked open face is almost like pulling teeth this is what my last three sandwiches looked like. Not happy because I am always in a hurry and you would think me telling them to cook open face would fix it. But it doesn't And here lies the problem why should I have to order something special just to have the bacon done It should be done no matter what really very close to switching locations when I say location I mean brands."
