"Very, very rude workers. Pull up to the speaker and greeted with "what can I get you"...No hello, no welcome...nothing. get to the window and no words at all....not a hello...not a total...nothing....I hand the girl my money, she gives me my change, still not saying a single word and no smile even. Hands me my food and mumbles something like "there ya go" or something I don't really know but I didn't even have my drink yet. Then a different, non speaking rude girl hands me my drink and doesn't say have a good day or anything. By far, the WORST customer service I've ever experienced. The food was hot and good but those 2 need to be retrained or fired. Very, very disappointed."

"I had to stay late for work and asked my wife if she wanted me to pickup Wendy's on my way home. I ordered her a Dave's Single, got a Spicy Chicken Ranch for myself, and a couple of orders or fries. My wife opened up her sandwich and said it was the most beautiful burger she had ever seen! The tomatoe slice was perfect, the lettuce was perfect, and the bun was beautiful. She said it looked just like the marketing picture! I just wanted to share that you made my wife's night."

"We need a new area manager or general manager here. It's been slow and off putting for about a year now. I'm sorry, but you need to meet with sims development group to learn how QSR is ran. Speed of service, presentation, and friendliness of staff is so critical. It needs to be taken into serious consideration. This store could make about 250k more in sales a year if this was fixed."

"Purchased a full-size parmesan caesar salad, received a salad with old-looking lettuce that was mostly the hard ends of the lettuce that no one would want. Had to drive back up from Tonitown to receive a refund. When I returned the salad both the manager and employee had an attitude which I would describe as less than pleasant. Also, I feel like it's weird that I was not given nor offered a receipt at any point in this transaction."
