"NOT VETERAN FRIENDLY. Extremely unprofessional conduct from both the secretary and the "Doctor". The secretary asked me personal questions in front of another client before speaking about me in another room loud enough for all to hear. The "Doctor" sat me in an extremely dark room in the corner and became frustrated with me when I didn't answer her questions fast enough. She claimed I was cutting into her time even though I was scheduled for a 15 to 120 min exam."
"Absolutely worst experience I have ever had ! Was in her office all of 5 min when she ended the evaluation & told me to leave her office! Do not try & be friendly with this woman because she apparently has mental issues that need evaluated herself . How she is certified in this field I'm have no clue but be ready when sent to her cause chances are the outcome won't be good ..I'm going to look into contacting the board of health she shouldn't be licensed in this field!!!"
"LIKE BELOW NOT VETERAN FRIENDLY!!! She called 5 min late for our 1230, it took me 7 minutes to get set up for the call, then I called her back and she said "it was too late she has a strick 10 min late policy(that she herself violated) then hung up on me. I have screen shots of the times. I blocked out and hour and a half for this appt from my own work for this and she got paid for the full hour and a half. I'm making sure this morning she never receives a Veteran patient again. Shes the worst experience with civilian contractors I've ever experienced. And obviously from the other comments she should be handling veteran mental health."
"I was there to see her for a C and P exam a few weeks ago.. She was very nice and professional. I typically do not give reviews but after reading the negative reviews I felt the need to give my experience.. I did not look forward to that interview at all but she made it as comfortable as possible. She greeted my wife and I and saw us out when we left. I left the office thinking she was a good person that is appreciative of our military.."
"15 -NOT VETERAN FRIENDLY | July 12, 2017 My partner had to go to Dr. Walz for an evaluation for PTSD and TBI.Our experience there was very unpleasant. She was rude and arrogant and showed little empathy for my partner. She wouldn't even acknowledge me in the waiting room. When I asked her nicely if I could come in with my partner for moral support she said sarcasticly "no, I want to see how he does on his own".We have been to other professionals & although they all had a job to do in asking questions to make their assessments, they were pleasant and respectful and didn't make my partner feel belittled and on trial. I believe Dr. Walz is the wrong doctor to make evaluations for veterans. A warning to other veterans who may be asked to go to her for an evaluation for a disability: Dr. Walz is very Pro VA, there is a greater chance she will not do your claim any justice. I highly recommend having the VA send veterans to a more professional, unbias doctor. "Thank you for your service" is NOT what you'll recieve here."
