"Dr Ward was my doctor. He is excellent but when he went out of town no one handled me professionally @all. Told me he would call me back but when I asked for the doctor that was filling in for him, called by office manager that acted like I was born yesterday. This after I went by to get paperwork signed. Maybe would have taken the attending doctor 15 to 20 minutes to handle the situation. The gentleman needing the paperwork asked me several times to repeat the situation since he was shocked at how a professional group can act. I dropped off paperwork, explained what I needed. For years I have declared Dr. Ward my doctor. After repeating myself for two weeks with nothing but excuses by staff. Sad to say I'm having to find a staff that treats patients with dignity and respect. Something that most doctors have that as a basic mission statement. I know when I was a CNA such morals would have gotten us written up. Now a "daze", sad but true, nurses say whatever they want without the basic priciples that make a staff outstanding. A nurse, receptionist, and the office manager overlook the basics, moving on to the next Social Security number."
