"I scheduled a 90 minute massage with Carolynn. Unfortunately I got sick and requested to cancel. I let Carolynn know I was ill and waiting to be seen at the same day clinic. She said she would charge me for canceling in spite of being sick. I said I would still go to the appointment as I'm not paying for a service I did not receive. I showed up to the appointment, still feeling ill, but not wanting to waste $160; however, she never showed up! I waited for over 15 minutes and she did not show, yet she still charged my card. I am now filing a fraud dispute with my credit card company."
