"I was in a few weeks ago. I give the rating of 2 stars because the place itself was clean, organized, and easily able to find what you need. However, I took off 3 stars for a reason that I wont return for. I had entered the store in the evening time and there was a younger female working. I grabbed my stuff quickly and she told me she was gonna let someone in line before me (I was up to the counter) because the customer had less stuff in their hands. No problem, whatever. However, then another customer who had finished walking through the store came up. She said she was gonna ring that person up BEFORE me too because they only had to purchase two things and return one thing. THEN, her friend came in from the front door and started talking to her and so she told her friend to come before me because she had to quick return and purchase something too. After being in line originally 1st, I was now 4th for no reason. Customer service definitely needs to be reorganized and she needs to be retrained. Wont be returning again."
