"My whole experience was not great. The employees were extremely pushy and rushed but the place was near empty. I wanted gel polish for my wedding next week, they talked me into fake nails with acrylic because they said my nails were to short. I also wanted regular polish for my toes to make it a little more affordable and they pushed me to get gel polish. Both turned out absolutely horrible. I went back in within the hour to have them removed and a gentleman named Henry offered to fix them. He did a good job fixing them and if you do decide to go here I would highly recommend trying him. I gave a good review at first just because of how kind he was and how he handled the situation.... but then I took my socks off and looked at my pedicure and I'm totally shocked. My 8 year old daughter could do better. Let the pictures speak for themselves. The guys that originally did my toes and nails were super rough (like painful rough) and worked very fast and sloppy. When I tried to polietly speak up about my concern on my manicure with an issue I saw the guy just told me no it was fine.... when Im trying to tell you its not fine and Im not happy with how it is turning out. I was very uncomfortable. I would understand the rushing if they were really busy but they were not busy at all. I'm really bummed. It was over $110 plus tip. Seriously clue why I tipped. I called them back after I saw my toes and asked for a partial refund. They refused but offered to fix them. It was such a horrible experience I'll just take the loss over going back there. With all that said I want to say that Henry was great, professional and resolved the manicure issue as best as he could and I appreciate his kindness."

"Avoid this place no matter how busy your favorite nail salon is. I literally regretted the moments I sat down. The guy who was there was so messy. Rush through the nail gluing process than cut off my skin while clipping of the nail. Cut off my cuticle, it bled the rest of the process. They just put some paper towel on it. My cuticle was still bleeding when another lady try to polish my nail. Blood got on brush and she just stuck it back in the bottle. I was like ummm. My whole experience was awful. I didn’t want to leave a tip but I end up leaving one anyways."

"We went here literally only because NV Nails was booked. We went for 1 gel acrylic set, 1 gel manicure, and 2 REGULAR pedicures. We were given gel pedicures, and when we tried to intervene; we were told it would be “okay” and not “charged extra” while my arcylics were being done, I asked for them to be as short as possible and round. When they didn’t go as short or as round as I liked, I asked them to correct it, and they huffed and puffed, and said something to the other workers. While we were getting our pedicures, a woman walked it requesting a manicure for her mother, and would like to talk to the person who would be doing her nails, because she wanted to explain that her mother at dementia, and required extra assistance, and every single employee was rude to her, and kept repeating they didn’t know what she was talking about. Then, when my nail color was being applied, the tech asked me if I wanted another coat of polish and I said I did, and again, she was huffy and puffy. At this point, I was so ready to leave. My pedicure was good, and beautiful, I have no complaints there, but my nails are absolutely horrendous. What should have been a $140 dollar bill, ended up being a $180 dollar bill because of gel polish, that I “wasn’t supposed to worry about” while a customer was waiting for a regular pedicure, one employee literally walked up to her and told her she should get a gel pedicure because it’s only “$15 more” he pushed this 3x before the finally got to w hint that she didn’t want that. Absolutely unbelievable, terrible customer service, and work. Never returning here again."
