"This place is horrible they don't care about there clients and when there going through hardships I've tried to cancel my account because me and my family are homeless at the moment and I couldn't afford the place and we are couch hopping in Iron River MI I politely explained my situation and they could care less they are rude and they don't inform you when you go to cancel your contract you have to put it in writing I thought me going in person and telling them to cancel my account was enough but the never canceled it now me my husband and my to kids have no food and we can't afford the shelter tonight thanks alot totally tan your company and it's practices are shady all me and my kids have to live on is my ssi as I am permanently disabled and only get 674$ a month this was a huge hit for my family"

"I walked into this location about a week ago because i wanted to even out my awesome farmer's tan. I spoke with one of the girls at the counter who was very helpful and informative about how I should go about using the beds. I ended up getting a membership. The second time I came in I spoke with Erica (she's awesome). I was not aware of all the other different services that my membership provided such as the aqua massage bed ( my favorite), red light therapy, float, different tanning beds and I believe there is also a cocoon like sauna bed that I am going to eventually try. I work out usually 3 x week and this is the perfect place for me to go right after my work out! Erica is very knowledgeable about the benefits of red-light therapy as well as the differences between the different beds. All the other staff that I have encountered there thus far have all been very nice and helpful with checking me in and getting me taken care of. I am glad I walked in here and now have a membership and access to all the location has to offer! Overall, in my experience thus far all the staff has been very friendly and helpful, and the location has always been very clean!"
