"Do not go here! Lady in the corner table rushed her work and ended up cutting almost all my cuticles! She was mad because the other guy left early and she was by herself. Not my fault! I asked for dip polish and only lasted 4 days. Not worth $65."

"I had to get my nails done while in the area..I should of waited. First they didn't have any of the polish colors I picked. Then the girl, in the corner, cut me with the grinder and was pretty rough. She complimented my set and the shape which I had done in Waco TX then preceded to take my pointy almond shape and flatten them. When I told her I wanted them more pointy she said the shape was off cause of the polish. Finally when I paid and didn't tip..she scoffed at me. There are only 2 nail salons in MOH and neither of them have good reviews and now I know why...but I don't wanna pay for another set."

"Horrible rushed service. I have short nail beds so it requires someone who will take their time. There was only one lady working when I went in and she was so rough and cut every single one of my cuticles so that they were bleeding. The entire service was Painful and uncomfortable and my nails are still stinging and bleeding. Offered no discount, I shouldn’t have paid at all! I paid in full but I would never ever return here again."

"Horrible Service!!! I took my wife here for a full set of acrylic nails. She asked for her old nails to be removed and they didn’t have the proper tools or product to remove them. My wife was in pain to the point that she was about to cry and the employee said there was no other way. We end up leaving and going to LA nails. They charged us $20. I added a picture of what we paid for. Never coming back!!!"

"Worse nail experience in my whole life!!! I would not recommend going here at all. It does not take 50 minutes to do simple SHORT PINK GLITTER nails!!! Not only did the nail tech (Trinh) take forever to get my nails done. She was extremely rude! After cutting and filing my nails and as she was getting ready for the next process, I saw that two of my nails weren’t the same length as the rest of the nails. I asked her nicely if she could fix them and she said rudely: “YOU NOT A NAIL TECH! I A NAIL TECH I KNOW WHAT AM I DOING!! I WILL FIX THEM!!!”. Was that really necessary? I told her as a PAYING CUSTOMER, that I am ALLOWED to look and critique and ask for adjustments for a service that I am paying for. I also told her that I would be filing a complaint and make a negative review for her. All she did was roll her eyes and got quiet and finished my nails. Horrible nails too, might I add. 50+ mins for these nails and they are clumpy and lumpy and some of my nails are not even fully colored. Last but my least, as I was reviewing some of these reviews for this place, I saw another customers negative review for Trinh! Whoever the manager is for this place, needs to properly train Trinh being a professional!"
